She was very gentle and had a natural loving way with them we noticed immediately as she took them one at time for their service. - SRsusan raglandJan 14, 20262.0Been to this petco several times in the past year for my dog's nail trim. Each time was a good experience until this last time. I was disappointed to the point of deciding i will not be returning . The person that did my dog's nails did a sub par job on her nails. Some nails were shorter than others. There were left rough which will pose a risk of snagging them . I watched whole process. At one point my dog was turned on her back and was not having it. When the person brought my dog to me she was shaking and chocking when I realized the leash around her neck was so tight around her neck , she was choking. She , my dog was so stressed out. In turn I was was distressed that she was put through t his. I will not be returning. Had never had this happen before. Very disappointed.
