They proceed to lie and say my dog was peeing and pooping everywhere cause of nervousness, which she has never done before. Just so they couldn’t groom her, then proceed to call no less than 20 mins into her appointment after saying when my wife dropped her off that’s “it’ll take 2 hrs before she gets groomed” and say she tried biting them when my dog isn’t aggressive at all no matter the situation.
