  Not much of a variety to choose from. Not many options to pick from. Could use more of a varity.

  I absolutely love coming here. All the workers are always so nice and welcoming. They will always be my number 1 stop for pet supplies!

  Very good store with a good selection of items for pets and great employees. But like many stores these days they keep putting more merchandise in the aisles, until it becomes difficult for someone using a mobility assistance device to maneuver through the store.

  The people that work there were very nice. Two or three people stopped to tell us if we needed anything just to ask them and they help us. The prices are just so so high.

  I was happy to meet the Manager April here at the Greenville Store. She was very helpful. The poor lady was on the rush assisting public. Don't know if it was due to short of staff. No matter how busy she was she still made time to answer questions. She's very friendly and helpful. Store was a busy and bit crowded. I found what I went to purchase. I purchased two different sizes of booties for my two dogs. Shelves were pretty much full I have to say have never seen it this way. I had stopped going to this store because everytime I went they never had the item I needed and the shelves were always pretty much empty. I would always speak to manager of that time and mentioned this don't remember what he said if he did. Anyway I haven't gone to the store for a few years due to this reason. Recently in December I went to buy parakeet food and they did have it. So I purchased a bag. Then I saw doggie coats so I purchased XL and Small for my two dogs. They did have the matching. I loved the coats and sweaters they look like good quality. I bought 7 or 8 items for dogs in total. Yesterday I went to purchase booties for my dogs due to this bad weather they will need it when stepping outside patio. I have to say only one negative thing. I was on the waiting line to pay I was number 5. I was in a rush too. Well I found out the cashiers was new. She took forever only because was talking to much to the customer and the rest of us waiting tired and hungry. I was going to tell April to let this young lady know keep the chat short when there is a very long line it's ok when two ppl. Other than this everything is great. I plan to keep going to the store more often. Thank you.
