- CHCrystal HornerJan 3, 20261.0Petco had a vet clinic. We decided we would take the family dog for shots and grooming. We arrived to the Vet clinic the entire staff was wonderful. The vet told us it was perfectly fine to have the dog groomed. We arrived for grooming then the issue started. The woman at the counter was beyond rude while making unprofessional facial gestures. She claimed that it was Petco policy in case the dog falls asleep during grooming, not to groom the dog after shots. We told her this was the opposite of what the Vet had just told us. She then became argumentative. Offered no alternative such as rescheduling etc. Unprofessional was the stance she took instead. Moral of the story-There are far too many groomers in the area for her to be acting in this manner. We will not be back for services. I hope the groomer gets a lesson in customer service and fixes her delivery. Who wants that kind of energy touching a dog.

- ARAda RodriguezDec 24, 20255.0I’m so glad my town Greenville, Tx. has a Petco. There’s no reason why leave town for those items. I can purchase sweaters n coats for my Pomeranian n pitbull mix. This year I purchased for my dogs a coat n sweater. They are lovely n were on sale great affordable prices for my budget. I also bought food for my Parakeets Tim n Jerry plus other items for their cage. They love the swing n more. I was so tempted to buy a new parakeet. There was one like white n grey light blue. Gorgeous! I didn’t buy it because I already have two males n don’t want any more n no females. Maybe in the future. Thank you n have a Merry Christmas!
- DCdee cDec 9, 20251.0We were questioned by the GM in the parking lot at the Greenville Texas location. My daughter has a mobile grooming business called Babes Bubbles. We arrived at Petco in Greenville Texas and we parked far away from the store entrance because we needed room to park the grooming trailer and my daughter went into petco for some items and upon her return she found a wallet. As we were sitting in the truck trying to locate the owner of the wallet the GM of Petco pulled up and ask us if we were “doing business” or shopping. I said yes we were shopping in Petco and showed her the bag. The GM stated we were not allowed to park there and do “business”. Let me state there was nothing competitive for the GM to be worried about. I assured her that there was no grooming going on in “her” parking lot. This behavior from a GM is unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least . We as a family have spent thousands of dollars at this Petco. Needlessly to say we will no longer recommend or personally go to this chain again. A formal complaint was made with the Corporate office. And we did find the owner of the wallet❤️
