  I have been a client of Riverwalk for several years and have always been happy with the care given to my 2 Bichons. My last Bichon was diagnosed with lung cancer and she passed away on 4/4/2026 at the VEG Clinic. ( amazing clinic) I called Riverwalk the following Monday and left a message with the front desk to let my Vet know she had passed and I never got a call back. I also donated 2 cases of Royal Canin and dropped it off at the front desk and never got an acknowledgment or Thank You. Perhaps I set my expectations to high but I felt like since I was no longer a client, I was out of sight and out of mind and with the passing of my heart pup, I felt saddened by the lack of contact.

  Riverwalk is an exceptional veterinary clinic, and we truly enjoy bringing our dog there. The team communicates clearly and attentively, always making sure we feel informed and comfortable with every aspect of our pet’s care. Dr. Inbody is our favorite she is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She takes the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how many we have, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. She also shows a great deal of respect for our dog’s boundaries, never rushing or pushing him in a way that could cause stress, which we deeply appreciate. ( Lucas loves her aswell) We trust her completely, and she consistently makes us feel confident and at ease knowing our dog is in such capable and compassionate hands. The grooming team is equally outstanding—they always do an amazing job and consistently leave our boy looking handsome and smelling fresh. Overall, Riverwalk is not only a great veterinary practice, but also a place where you feel genuinely cared for and supported.

  Thank you so much to everyone who took care of Sadie today! My nephew took her in today to be cleared for a flight. I have been concerned about her as we go through a big life change. Your kindness to her and my nephew is priceless.

  My fiance and I adore the staff at Riverwalk, and more importantly, our dog is best friends with everyone there!! It brings us such joy to see how excited he is to hang out with all his friends here. The staff also go above and beyond— helping us with training tips. It’s even more convenient knowing that my baby’s doctor is right there in case he needs an urgent appointment. I 100% trust the people here and love that we found this place for our dog!

  I called for information and they gave me an appointment for the same day. Upon arrival, I didn't have to wait at all. Dr Hall was very knowledgeable, and was very sweet and patient with my little Luna, as She suffers from anxiety and has trauma from bad experiences at another hospital. The Dr took the time to explain the procedure Luna needs. I was given a cost estimate, so—hopefully—there won't be any surprises. The prices are reasonable, and they are open every day. Dr Katherine, Breanna and Ashley were all very kind and patient despite my "broken English," which I really appreciate. Plus, the place is super clean, organized, and beautiful. I think I’ve found my new Vet!
