- PSPamela SpiveyMar 13, 20264.0My 1st time at the Grand Prairie location to get my dog UTD on vaccinations (vax). My usual location is in Cedar Hill but I would have to wait abt 2 wks for an app't there & I needed to get my dog vaxxed ASAP. Intake was prompt. My dog was handled with care. Staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & advised me of ea. vax when given & of HW test results. I also purchased 6 mos. of heartworm meds & got prescription for flea & tick meds. Only surprise was when I got home, I found a filled de-wormer tube/injector in the bag w/HW meds bag. No info was given that I was to do this, how to do or when. I figured out how & got it done.
