- YPYvonne PotterApr 4, 20263.0As always I am very happy with the Petco Grooming that I my Yorkie received from Ashley. ❤️ However, this time I am very unhappy about the changes that Corporate has made to the Rewards program. As a customer of this program for over 11yrs, the rewards are what made it possible for me to be able to afford to bring my dog in faithfully every 6wks for grooming that can cost anywhere between $70 - $100 plus tipping. As I’ve mentioned to Ashley, I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to continue bringing my dog in for grooming. My discount yesterday was a mere $2.00! When I used to have $15 or $25 off in rewards, because I saved them monthly just for his grooming expense! Now I have two animals that I’m paying for this Premier Plan and all I get is a mere $2 discount?? With this economy, that’s insane! I can wash my own Yorkie and I will just have to learn how to cut his hair and trim his nails on my own! He has pet insurance so we will get some of his vet visit reimbursed.. the Premier Plan from Petco is no longer valuable to me, and they have lost my business, but my dog and I LOVE our groomer Ashley.. she is the BEST!!
