  The customer service here was awful. I was at the counter trying to purchase a harness for my dog and Josh stopped assisting me to have a full blown conversation with another employee. After 5 minutes of waiting for him to wrap up the conversation and proceed with my transaction, I told him never mind and left the store. Customer service training should be mandatory for all employees. This was my first time at this location and I doubt I come back.

  The person don’t know their pronouns so I’ll go with person that helped me and my fiance test our aquarium water and get some snails and plants was so attentive and helpful ,love this store all three snails are super healthy and enjoying their new home will definitely be back for the customer service alone . They also have a pretty nice selection of aquatic plants and aquarium supplies and the fish at this location seem pretty healthy which is a wonderful chain for a big box store keep up the good work :)
