I will not return to PETCO and pay a “material” fee. It is no longer Covid. The material fee should be included in the expensive bath cost already. Please PETCO let’s make some changes in this so called material fee. I think this material fee could possibly be taking away Tip money from these sweet ladies that they deserve.
