We figured it out last week. I called 6 vets. Only 3 see rabbits. One said almost $1000 for the visit and procedure. What?! The procedure couldn't even be done for 3 weeks. Well, show is THIS WEEKEND. So I stumbled across Carrier Animal Hospital (2405 S. Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX). They made an appt for Tuesday. Iced in. We were able to get it rescheduled for 2pm today. The exotics vet they have, Sarah, is AMAZING. She was so knowledgeable about rabbits. She even had some herself. She was so good with Conrad. The exam and procedure took less than an hour and Conrad is as good as new. If you have exotic pets and need a vet...HIGHLY recommend Sarah at Carrier. So thankful I was able to find them.
