All my concerns were acknowledged due to the fact that I knew Daisy would be hesitant of another grooming because I took her to pet smart where they did a horrible job and I got her back terrified. She met my dogs needs by acknowledging what service would better help her to gain trust with the whole process again. Will definitely be returning and working with her again.
