    10/10 customer service over phone. Very patient, answered each question diligently BTW guys, they do NOT sell party hats for fish, I hope they invest in it soon so I can buy that with my fish. Thank you Javier for the wonderful service! ☺️

    The store looked great, it was very clean, and I got great help from an associate who asked me if I needed help finding anything. He helped me find exactly what I needed and was very nice! Everyone there was very nice to us and my loud dog who was in training! 😄 We will definitely return!

    I did Return an item that was past the limitation date, which was absolutely no problem. They gave me store credit. I asked about holiday items sale, and was told that it was somewhere around 50%. There were no signs anywhere about the sale. The clerk did not know what the sales actually were. That is actually my only criticism. It’s a lovely store. But the signage Or after Christmas sales, or even the sales I saw online that were before Christmas, was nonexistent.

    Follow these people’s instructions for fish care if you want to see them belly up. I was having minor problems with my tank and then follow their recommendations which killed almost all of my fish. When I brought this to their attention, they told me they would make it right, and then made me jump through hoops for three days only to tell me at the end that because the fish were out of the one month warranty time period there was nothing they could do. I would’ve really been OK with it if they would’ve told me that from the beginning, but they made me go back-and-forth for three days, wasted hours of my time and cost me more money after killing my fish. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place
