- BTBarbara TatroNov 17, 20251.0I made an appointment for my dog at the Vet Clinic in the store. The appointment was at 4:15. My dog’s leg was hurt and I wanted it checked out. When I got there no one was at the desk and after 10 minutes I called to someone in the back room. She checked me in and put me in a room with my dog. She mentioned that it might be awhile but didn’t say why. At 5:00 I decided to leave because my dog was in pain and I really don’t think that since I made an appointment I should be kept waiting that long. I know this is a new store and I’m sure there are growing pains but I want management to know.
