Our cat was left with them to inspect a snake bite. Instead of calling to tell us how bad it was they just said they were going to sedate her, kept her overnight, and bandaged it. SOP should be to assess the issue and call to give options. Ultimately, our animal suffered from the bite, stopped eating, and had to be put down. When we brought her in to be down she was not treated with dignity and respect. No shot calm her down. No peaceful sedation. Just a shot in the leg to put her down. She died tired, hungry, and struggling. If we would have been called and told the options we would went to the office while she was sedated to put her down peacefully but we weren't given that option. We will not be going back.

We had adopted a puppy the week before coming out to Texas to visit my husband who is in the military and he needed veterinary care. We were able to get into see the vet as a walk in. They treated him with no issue and we just received a hand written card in the mail. Such a special extra that isnt often seen.

When I brought in my boy he was sick, losing weight and had bloody diarrhea. A few x-rays and fecal tests later and he got sent home with antibiotics. Its been about. Month and this boy has put back on 30lbs, is happy, energetic and so much better. Not to mention they treated him like the sweetest boy he is.

Do not bring your pets here. Dr mabry will not give them proper care. He only cares about making money. I am dealing with a terrible situation with my pet. He needs corrective surgery to correct what Mabry did. He also has septic arthirits caused by the implant and has had multiple infections that have almost killed my dog. Please do not bring your pets here. Your pets deserve a chance to live life to the fullest. If you bring them here they won’t.
Dr Clay and all the staff are wonderful, helpful, caring, and love my dogs. They also care for our sheep. Great place for vet care.
