    I have spent a lot of money in this store and other Petcos, as well petco online purchasing my dogs prescription Hills ID food, brushes, buying his treats and supplements, toys and at the groomers for him. I have had my dog seen at the groomers at this location 6 times at least and several times at other locations and I’ve never had a problem. Until this past Monday when I took him to get the mini make rover with nail clipping teeth brushing, ear cleaning, etc. that is usually what I get for him. Although I have gotten him a bath and deshedding package as well. Again everytime I’ve taken him before this the techs have been great, they always say my dog did so good and to bring him back anything. Never had a problem. Monday was some new woman I had never seen before that denied to see my dog and put it in the computer so I cannot take him to any other petco. Apparently she’s the new supervisor of the groomer area or at least that’s what she told me when she was on her power trip. So I was signing in with her gave her my phone, asked if he had health issues and like I’ve told them EVERY other time he hasn’t been diagnosed in the past we suspected something with his trachea because of hacking episodes however the vets said it could also be allergies/reverse sneezing. Because of this this woman denied seeing Jasper. I said I don’t understand I’ve told them this every time I’ve brought him. She said “Well it wasn’t in the notes” I said it should’ve been as I have disclosed it every time I’ve written it down and it’s never once been a problem for him to be seen. It’s not a DIAGNOSED condition. Not to mention he hasn’t had a hacking episode in months. I went to find a manager on duty and they spoke to her and just repeated the same spiel back to me and informed me I couldn’t take him to any other petco groomer. I said that’s fine I won’t shop here anymore. Do y’all not realize how many places I can buy all of his food, treats from and get his nails clipped at? I have cancelled my reoccurring order on petco online for his dog food and I won’t be coming back there. Whoever y’all’s new groomer supervisor is has an attitude problem and shes going to lose y’all more good paying customers just like me. Maybe she didn’t like me or just didn’t want to do her job. I had tried to bring him in the Sunday before on 10/5 and she told me “No I should’ve left 40 minutes ago” I said that was fine and came back Monday 10/6 then she pulled this. She was the only one I saw working at 4 pm on the 6th in the groomer section so you should know who she is by that, she wears glasses. Then y’all had the nerve to send me a text saying his appointment was at 4 pm and to cancel 48 hours in advance thst was sent at 4:30 that day after she refused to see him. The name on the email I got was Morgan B so there you go.
