    NOT HAPPY!!!! I got my puppy at 8 weeks old and decided Banfield would be our place to get on preventative care and decided to pay the 80 dollars a month to receive the best care that HE deserves. Well, that didn’t play out like I wanted it to. I scheduled his neutering appointment when he was 7 months old in February 2026, his appointment was canceled due to the surgeon having family matters. I understood and rescheduled for another try, this one was canceled due to the surgeon having family issues. So ok, I understood again, so I rescheduled a 3rd time and was canceled again because the surgeon had family issues, wow ok, so I rescheduled again for April 7th 2026, 2 months after my original 1st appointment. But I understood! Now, on all of these canceled appointments I have had to adjust MY schedule with work and drive there with my anxious pup just for the appointment to be rescheduled. Today on the morning of his appointment, which was at 8 am. I am there waiting in my car at 7:50 am and see some ladies standing outside , I get out at 7:59 and ask if they work for banfield, which they did not, they worked for Petsmart, they advised me that their boss who had the key was running late and it would be another 30 min. I told them my puppy was scheduled at 8 for surgery and if they knew anyone was there from Banfield and the one lady pointed and said I see her in the car. She and another coworker went and spoke to the girl (Courtney) and about 3 min later she came and advised me (while I am holding my puppy outside of petsmart) that I would need to reschedule because the surgeon had family issues. AGAIN?? Well I was quite frustrated and unhappy and told her I will be speaking to management. I called that coporate # and tried canceling my monthly fee of 80 dollars but they trap you into paying that amount and then don’t follow through on their part of giving quality care to our animals! I will continue to pay my monthly fee by contract but I WILL NOT be in trusting in the services of this hospital going forward. Courtney called me back and said they would get me in the next day and said they would clip his toenails and give him an E collar. Ummm, thanks but NO THANKS! My puppy will not go anywhere near a knife or anesthesia when it comes to the lack of care for animals at this place. Moose is now going to have to get used to another vet and another place because of the lack of responsibilities of this “Animal Hospital”. I want to ask Banfield this: if I made an appointment and I didn’t show up and the surgeon went out of their way for me and I didn’t do my due diligence would I have been charged a no show fee, no only once but 4 times! ????? Well, Banfield, I know you are just a place of business but MY business will be going elsewhere because you all have no business working with animals of you can’t even show up and take care of what I paid for! I will be notifying corporate as well. This is so sad. All I wanted was the best care for my pup and to get his surgery completed.

    This review is based on multiple experiences times and only regarding the employee "Sindie Williams" This person has a lot of anger issues; I have seen that I am not the only one seeing how passive aggressive her reaction and rude behavior is against customers, I understand the part if someone is being disrespectful, she has to defend herself, don't get me wrong the lady seems to have knowledge on what she does but even to admit on making a mistake she will not hold back her snappy attitude, everyone makes mistakes and you can have a bad day, if it wasn't because of her I will definitely leave a 5 star review, everybody else from the Banfield Staff is very happy and great help on helping customers. This is not based on the customer is always right but being respectful regarding an employee or customer. That attitude will take you nowhere but to find trouble. Maybe next time I will have to record before starting a conversation with her so upper management can tell the anger problems she has.

    Love this place!! They are so sweet and so attentive to my boy! We have been going to this one in particular for 3 years now just because of how amazing they treat my fur baby!

    I was absolutely thrilled to get Cortney for a technician, she was so informative and patient answering all my questions. My dog loved everyone here and plan to come back just so he can enjoy the love and snacks.

    I’ve been a loyal client of Banfield - Garland for nearly two decades. The staff is always professional and empathetic toward my pets. My most recent experience great thanks to Courtney—she handled our check-in and kept me updated the whole time with so much compassion and patience with my nervous dog. They are also great about sending reminders (text or calls) for preventative care and dental work, which is so helpful. Booking is a breeze on the app, too. Both my dogs are on prescriptions and the vets have always accommodated and called into my preferred pharmacy so I can get their meds there.
