- KDkrista dixonMar 22, 20261.0If you are looking to get any grooming service done here DO NOT. They are highly unprofessional and I think they are truly just lazy. I have brought my dog up there multiple times and got turned away for another issue they have. Ive spent hundreds of dollars at the vet to fix their concerns they had with my dog and I have done exactly what they have asked me to do in order for my dog to get groomed here and still they are unable to provide the service, even after talking to the "grooming manager". Before this they have been grooming my dog with zero "health" issues or concerns on their end. Ive been more and more hesitant to use their service when I realized that my dog would be just sitting in their cages for hours after being groomed without contacting me to pick him up or another time I brought my dog in simply for a bath and picked him up with a whole haircut that the groomer "thought I would like" . Truly Unprofessional and they refuse to take any accountability for anything they do.
