Courtney was great on the cheduling call addressing our concerns mainly consisting of Bentley NOT liking his nails touched and how Bentley only walks THROUGH the bathroom to get to his favorite thunder-avoidance closet. Wouldn't you know?? It came a slight thunderstorm when my husband dropped Bentley off! What were the odds? Courtney did an excellent job! We could not be more pleased with how warmly she met both my husband and Bentley when they arrived. Courtney listened to my husband's concerns and shared her plan of care for Bentley. Courtney was very tender and patient with Bentley and Bentley wne right to her! After Courtney called my husband to say Bentley's grooming was complete, he went and picked up Bentley and was again impressed and very pleased with Courtney's care and her attention to detail in grooming Bentley. Courtney has gained new clients for life!
