After this procedure, my French bulldog began suffering from seizures and now experiences confusion and neurological issues he never had before. After extremely costly Emergency Room visits and changing veterinarian he is on numerous medications now that he was never on before. His life has truly changed for the worse after this experience My fur kid’s quality of life has been permanently affected. I would urge extreme caution, especially for owners of French bulldogs. This experience has been devastating, for our family and I would never trust this clinic again.

I have no idea how she remembers our dogs and their different needs, but somehow she does and she always makes us feel so welcome. Dr. Yu is fantastic and I trust him with our dogs and he’s always done a wonderful job helping us make the right decisions on care. They used to have a vet that was terrible, but I was so glad when they got rid of him and the new vet (a woman but I don’t know her name) was just as kind as Dr. Yu has been and she was very good with the dogs the one time we’ve seen her. The whole team at this location really cares about our pets and I hope they stick with this team for as long as possible!

Not only was she efficient, kind and wonderful to my baby-she also was knowledgeable and straightforward in a professional way. She helped me pick out diapers, discussed the Wellness insurance plans with me and went that extra mile. I have had rushed experiences at Banfield’s-even at this location- and seen many techs come and go, but she is an out of this world puppy nurse so y’all better find a way to hang on to this one! The doctors are great here, too!

His compassion, patience and dedication gives me such comfort during some of the hardest moments. It's rare to find a veterinarian who truly cares and Dr. Yu is one of those rare gems. I also want to recognize Alana at the front desk. Her warmth, understanding and incredible attitude makes such a difference. She is a gift from God and always makes us feel welcome and supported. Not to mention my baby boy is obsessed with her :) Thank you both for everything you do. You have my DEEPEST appreciation!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
