  Smaller selection for dog toys and treats and tight aisles but workers are friendly and lines move quick even when busy

  Convenient location, prices are decent and staff is helpful. Alive feeder crickets, roaches are hard to get here. They do their best to keep them

  Takes forever to get someone help in the reptile/fish section. And the reptile section is so sad… bearded dragons have no lights or heat lamps as they should. PAC man frogs kept in the smallest containers. No lights on in half of the enclosures. Just sell pet products and not actual animals if you can’t care for them right.

  I recently brought my dog in for grooming with Alexis. Before this appointment, I made sure my dog was fully brushed and maintained because in the past he had been matted. I specifically took the time to prevent that from happening again. When I arrived, the staff immediately took my dog to the back without much communication with me, which felt uncomfortable and dismissive. Shortly after, a gentleman came out and told me my dog was matted. This has been mentioned during previous visits, so I expressed my frustration that it often feels like the staff is trying to find something additional to charge for. He then went back and Alexis came out. Unfortunately, her approach was very aggressive from the start. She did not greet me and immediately repeated that my dog was matted. She said she could show me, but never actually demonstrated where the matting was. While Alexis does a good job grooming my dog, her demeanor and communication have consistently lacked professionalism and basic customer service. During the conversation, she talked over me whenever I tried to speak and repeatedly stated, “The rules are the rules.” That is not an appropriate way to address a customer who is simply trying to understand the situation. I have continued to come here because I want my dog to be well taken care of, but the lack of hospitality, professionalism, and respectful communication has made the experience unpleasant. I believe this facility would benefit from better training on customer service and how to communicate respectfully with clients. Unfortunately, because of this experience, you have lost a customer.
