Unfortunately, I’d rather drive 10 minutes more and go to petsmart or somewhere else. I was a repeat customer and will no longer be going to this location. This location has unfortunately been experiencing a decline in quality. The customer service is lacking, and there has been an increase in the number of homeless individuals in the area, with little action taken by management to address the issue. Additionally, the grooming services have deteriorated, and the manager for the grooming location and his behavior is unprofessional and not customer-focused. Would not come back again.
