She was there 4 1/2 hours. They usually tell you around 4 hours but this time she told me she wasn’t real busy so it might be closer to 3, which was great. After it had been 4 1/2 hrs I called to check on her and they said yeah, she had been ready for a while. They said they had notified me but I got nothing. She said they had been having problems with the system. Bella had been in that cage for so long when I picked her up she could barely breath. She was wheezing so bad I almost went straight to the ER. I decided to wait a little to see if she would calm down so I took her home. After about 10 mins of being home she was fine. I’ll never take her back there. And as usual they didn’t do what I ask them to do and they cut way too much off. And to top it all off they have added even more fees and charges. You never know what it’s going to cost you until it’s too late. Makes no sense that they charge you for materials. Shouldn’t that be in the initial cost?

I purchased two bones for my Yellow Labrador and Pitbull. The Employees were very professional and knowledgeable. They sell Fresh and Salt Water Fish. Everything You need to get started. They sell lizards and everything you would find in most pet stores. They had the most beautiful Camelion, I love them because they can change their color with the scenery. They're Wheelchair ♿️ accessible. I Love ❤️ this Store. They always have everything I need for all my Yellow Labrador needs. Prices are very reasonable.
