- SMStaci MylesJan 16, 20265.0I was incredibly anxious to take my senior kitty to the vet for the first time in 13 years. I had a couple concerns — allergies, infection on her paw. I then found a lump on her side and was so worried for her. I was met with nothing but kindness and compassion from all employees here. They provided premeditation upon my request to help with the anxiety on her end. The doctor quickly addressed all concerns and explained everything thoroughly. Luckily, I got good news that her lump was jut a benign cyst! Dr. Garcia and our tech were genuinely relieved and happy to tell me. I know if I hadn’t got such news, they would have also been compassionate and supportive, and explain our next steps/options well. I don’t love my current vet for my dog after some mis diagnosis and pricing. I’ll likely be switching care for her to Harris Pkwy and feel comfortable knowing both my girls are in good hands.
