I took my dog here after she suddenly developed diarrhea and vomiting. Dr. Timms diagnosed her with pancreatitis and told me she would be receiving a prebiotic, a pain medication, and an antibiotic. When I got home, I discovered that the only medication I was given was the prebiotic. After speaking with the receptionist I was told the doctor would be notified. I also shared that my dog’s condition was worsening and asked if the missing medications could be the reason. Later, I received a call telling me to take her to the ER because they did not have the other medications—meaning I would have to pay another bill for care the doctor had already said he would provide. I chose to care for my dog at home on my own, cooking chicken and monitoring her until her symptoms finally subsided. What’s most upsetting is that the veterinarian never contacted me to inform that the medications were unavailable and the fact that pancreatitis is painful—yet my dog was sent home without pain relief. His job was left incomplete, and the work that was done was substandard at best. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this facility. I have since transferred my dog’s care to another Banfield and do not want her seen by Dr. Timms again. He doesn’t even seem to care enough about his clients to make sure they receive the medications he himself prescribed, let alone show concern for their overall well-being

I've been coming to Banfield Pet Hospital for about two years. Dr. Time is such a knowledgeable, kind, and caring veterinarian. I find that the staff is always helpful, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable as well. My cat has dental issues and my wellness plan helps cover some of the costs, along with exams and vaccines. I'm thankful that this location is always willing to be flexible and accommodate my cat's needs.

Dr. Bryan Tims yelled at me very angrily, put his finger in my face and proceeded to put his face into mine. Slammed doors and yelled in the lobby in front of customers. A little backstory, we dropped off at 9:30am for a simple exam, she was ready at 2:30pm. I had to call to find out she’s ready. I was very angry and we were not aware to give a pick up time, they just assumed. He could’ve communicated kindly and professionally but instead he was mad, said “i don’t care” when i mentioned corporate and acted a fool. I have worked in positions of power and you never act like that when communicating with a mad customer. The interm director came and gave me corporates contact in a calm, kind and professional manner. She apologized and honestly made me less angry. Now we know why there’s an interm director, cause they don’t want to work with diva doctors. I highly suggest you go somewhere else cause he doesn’t care about his organization that pays him? How’s he going to care for your fur baby.

My dog was having cluster seizures despite being on seizure medication. The Ft Worth Trinity Commons staff got my and my dog in right away and seemed genuinely concerned about her health. The Vet checked her thoroughly and suggested changing her medication, which we did. Thank you Trinity Commons staff!
