I brought her in for a checkup to get her ready for boarding and they forgot to do the fecal test. checkup:they added a new patient fee to the checkup even though she has been boarded here a few years ago before i moved back under my parents name. they outright forgot to even charge me and had to call for my credit card info. boarding: when i asked how much for boarding they said it would cost around 200 and some change. they did the fecal test without even talking to me about it and i’m paying 340 to pick up my dog. when I dropped her off, I mentioned that my dog doesn’t trust men, and the girl with the dyed hair said that she was a smart girl which is sexist.
