READ THE FINE PRINT! When I brought my dog in to get checked they talked me into signing up for a wellness membership. I was told it was a monthly thing; I ended up not keeping the dog and never went back. The chaged me a full year that ended up being almost $600 despite me only going twice. Currently disputing it very upsetting

The Doctors at this location are great, but the way the hospital handles business to try to make you sign up for their Wellness Plans are shady, all you hear is great discounts, "free" unlimited office visits etc. At cancelation after your pet dies or if you have to cancel for any other life event reason they charge you back for every "Free" visit you had and all discounts they gave you from their famous 5-20% off for any services that are not part of your prepay plan. False advertising and shady business, think about those things. I wish they would've explained in detail how their plans really work all the way to cancelation, there is no such "free" stuff with plans, they only care for your money before and after your pet dies. Do your homework wisely! They will hit you hard at cancelation with zero empathy and just greediness.

This place is nothing more than a money churn machine. Took our little dog in for a front paw strain. They put her under to do xrays and called to say she was taking longer than expected to get over the anesthesia. When we picked her up her back was arched oddly and they said it was just how she was laying. She never fully recovered and our new country vet did xrays that shows a back injury she did not have before taking her to Banfield. Banfield wouldnt acknowledge they hurt our little dog. You risk serious injury to your pet taking it here for vet services, they just dont care. They only want profit, at whatever the cost your pet has to suffer.

The Vet Doctor was knowledgeable and was considerate of costs. When our Furbaby was being treated at this location

I took my dog here after she suddenly developed diarrhea and vomiting. Dr. Timms diagnosed her with pancreatitis and told me she would be receiving a prebiotic, a pain medication, and an antibiotic. When I got home, I discovered that the only medication I was given was the prebiotic. After speaking with the receptionist I was told the doctor would be notified. I also shared that my dog’s condition was worsening and asked if the missing medications could be the reason. Later, I received a call telling me to take her to the ER because they did not have the other medications—meaning I would have to pay another bill for care the doctor had already said he would provide. I chose to care for my dog at home on my own, cooking chicken and monitoring her until her symptoms finally subsided. What’s most upsetting is that the veterinarian never contacted me to inform that the medications were unavailable and the fact that pancreatitis is painful—yet my dog was sent home without pain relief. His job was left incomplete, and the work that was done was substandard at best. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this facility. I have since transferred my dog’s care to another Banfield and do not want her seen by Dr. Timms again. He doesn’t even seem to care enough about his clients to make sure they receive the medications he himself prescribed, let alone show concern for their overall well-being
