- LML MendezApr 6, 20261.0Horrible. I took my Yorkie for a haircut. I took pictures so the groomer could see what we wanted. After 4.5 hours and no call that my dog was ready I had to call to check if she was ready. When the groomer brought my dog out I was shocked. She completely shaved all of her hair off. I was so upset 😭. The. Groomer just kept saying the dog was matted and she had to shave her. I had brushed my dog the night before so I know there was no way she would need to be completely shaved. She even shaved her head! I’ve had two other yorkies and the groomers would do conditioner and brush out the dog. This groomer didn't even bother. She just shaved everything. The groomer kept apologizing after realized she had messed up. I will never take my dog back there again.
