- HGHettie GrubbsSep 4, 20211.0Please don’t waste your money! The dog trainer was very impatient and demanding with my playful and eager to please terrier mix. Only one other dog in class and the owner slapped the 9 month old puppy when he wouldn’t obey and the trainer said nothing. The trainer seemed very inexperienced and my dog became anxious and did not want to be close to her. The class was neither positive nor professional and when I talked to the manager she refused to refund my money. Please find a patient, experienced trainer and avoid wasting your money!
