- CGChristelle GarzaNov 15, 20254.0Good service. I was running late to pick my dog up due to unforeseen circumstances. The groomer proceeded to leave multiple condescending messages on my voicemail. When I arrived she gave me a speech regarding not taking my dog to grooming unless I had time to pick her up as soon as she is done (she was done later than planned so I had other things at that time). Obviously, that was not by choice, she has no idea of everything that I had going on that day that prevented me from arriving on time and I owe her no explanation. I do not need to be scolded. Unfortunate that they consider this appropriate practice.
- NANinfa ASep 20, 20251.0I will never take my pet to this place again for grooming. I recommend you don't either. They didn't care about what I wanted, and they hurt my pet. The manager was very nice and did refund me my money but how can you fix what they did to my pet? A bad haircut is one thing but harming your pet physically is unacceptable. I now have to address a wound that my dog should not have gotten in the first place.

However, I was a little disappointed she worn no purchased handkerchief and her nails didn't look trimmed. 😕 Consequently, I will only give 2 stars. Hopefully, next time she's wearing a handkerchief, which I usually pay for and her nails trimmed.
