They started hiring employees that clearly want to learn about what they are selling. They seem more knowledgeable now. Their pals rewards is awesome. Fish selection has improved but they still have a lot of sick tanks most the time. Dog food is but pricey but worth it so far with rewards. Kudos guys.

At the get-to we were given the trainer’s number, we were told to reach out to Chris with any questions. This guy never responds and when you call the store for assistance, they give you attitude (Leeroy) and are really quick to canceling our training. Great job petco 👍
