They always have everything we need, from dog items, to crickets, homicidal super worms, and don’t even get me started on the fraud of a chameleon we purchased from them! (pretended to be friendly, now he just puffs and hisses if we even look at him) LOL! Staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they don’t hesitate to answer questions when you have them. Prices are typically pretty reasonable as well. Michelle is one of our favorite employees, mainly because we talk about chameleons when she’s there, she’s the reason chameleon care became a little easier for us for both the fraudulent piebald dude and our panther girl!! Thanks Petco!! Yall are the bomb!!

- HMHarley MartinOct 22, 20252.0This was not pleasant. I had walked around in the store. I bought 6 Halloween dog toys and a Dog dress with socks. I am diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I had waited to check out ( no one there) and I started feeling symptoms starting. The cashier came up to the register, however she said, “I will be back to check you out once I go get some chickens “. I stated I have an autoimmune disease, and I’m sweaty, dizzy, feel like I’m going to pass out. I couldn’t stand anymore. It didn’t matter. I almost. Just left 15 minutes later she gets back. I asked her if she was working alone. She said no the other employee was helping someone get fish. I ended up out of breath when I got in my car. I just started crying as the pain was severe and all the other symptoms. I have an auto-delivery every month as well.

They jumped their prices on everything (at least what we get normally) by multiple dollars. We used to get their brand dog food for 36 dollars a back now it's over 40. I bought their cat litter so that I could refill it and the refill was just over 5 dollars, now it's 9... and it was rapid. Super frustrating. But my dogs love the food so I don't want to switch.
