- ACAlisha CollierDec 18, 20251.0Worst experience ever!! Being able to choose no stars for this location would be great. We brought our 25lb beagle in for a suspected ear infection. They wanted to muzzle him because he was crying, no one even attempted to pet him or talk to him. The vet Dr. Kandru acted as if she had never seen a dog and was scared to even listen to his heartbeat. We moved here from another state and have never had a bad experience with Banfield until today. I would never leave my dog here nor will we be back. I will also be in contact with Banfield to file a formal complaint.

- JCJordan ChappellSep 13, 20251.0ZERO STARS. Took my dog in for a teeth cleaning and routine check up. He came home with a fresh gash on his leg and no one said anything. I called to see what happened and they tried to gaslight me and say he came in with the gash. It is a straight cut with dried blood on it and fresh. It looks like a surgical cut. You can even see a spot where it looks like they shaved it. I called just to see what happened and was real mad when they would not take ownership. I am a reasonable person and didn't want anything just to know what happened to my baby. Dont take your animals here. They dont care about you animals and will laugh at you when you are upset about your baby being hurt.

When asked why was the appointment window open if they were not available - I received this answer, " I don't know what is on the website, but I know what is available on my side." Will never schedule anything here again. Ever.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
