I started asking her about neocaridina shrimp if they have any, she showed me the shrimps and told me to talk to chtistal (the general manager, absolute outstanding customer service also) to order me some shrimps. Then Billy came to help also... Not only their customer service is outstanding but also their fish tanks, they are so clean and well kept 👌 👍. Im so impressed with the level of customer care and the overall store. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures, I usually do.
