- KSKaedee SeeDec 1, 20251.0Worst experience EVER!!!!!!! I made appt for grooming service and took my dog to the appt. I adopted him in May and he needed to be washed and dried. I was told it would be about an hour, maybe two if he hated it and struggled. FOUR hours later I get a call that he’s “almost done” and I needed to be there when he was done as he “broke out of a crate earlier”. This terrified me! I get there and he’s half dry, neck and ears still completely wet… and now he has ear mites from this place! They told me I’d have to pay for VIP treatment next time to make sure he doesn’t have to go in a crate. Well I can promise you he would’ve been fine if he wasn’t in one for FOUR HOURS unattended! NEVER coming here again.
