- ABAustin BullardNov 8, 20251.0I went here to get a 29 gallon aquarium Froday evening, and as per usual, they only had 2 people working and the staff (bless their hearts) were so incredibly overwhelmed. This isn't anything new for this location. Everytime I go in here for baitfish, they are either completely out of them, or completely out of employees that are willing to bag them up. I've been told to "come back later" multiple times... I can bag my own fish if it's that much of a hassle. You guys can hire more personal, and give raises to the ones there, because they are getting SLAMMED daily. The Petsmart on Gaston doesn't have ANY of these problems, AND always has an aquarium tech available, all I have to do is scan a QR code and help is there in under a minute. I dont know if this is a common problem with all Petcos, or just this location. I hope it gets better. The One star I gave is because the personell that is there is busting their butts to keep that place opened and organized.
