  If I could leave 0 stars I would! The service receptionist at the front desk was very rude and unkind to me on my visit with my pup. She has a nasty horrible attitude and should not be representing your company. I spend a lot of money and time here with my pup and now I want to switch to a different facility. I no longer want to be serviced here !!! Then I hear her talking to someone in the back saying rude comments about me! This is not a good look!

  These people tried to scam me out of $650. And two of the vets are arguing about if my cats old enough to get spade right in front of me. Not to mention the surgery I had scheduled with a quote price of $600 actually turned to $1200 the day of. And for the $650 they tried to scam me out of. They never texted me called me or communicated I owed them anything before sending me to debt collections which I didn’t end up having to pay because these people didn’t treat my cat at all. These people suck. Shortened version: 2 vets argue in front of my about what should be done to my cat in surgery, price of surgery is double what was quoted so the surgery didn’t happen, 6 months later debt collectors are coming after me for a vet bill when my cat was never treated.

  Took my almost 10 year old chihuahua here for the first time this afternoon. Absolutely blown away by the friendliness they showed me and the tender care they gave my sweet girl. We just moved so I was very nervous about bringing her to a new location- my anxiety was eased immediately. I cannot speak highly enough about every single person I interacted with during our appointment, I am so relieved to have found a new vet home for my baby. If you need a place to take your pet with full confidence that they will be treated well and all your questions/concerns will be answered with kindness and digestible explanations, this is the place for you. They've got clients in us for as long as we're here!

  The staff here are awesome because they genuinely care about my cat. The customer service is incredible. Nicole at the front desk is very sweet and helpful, and I feel relieved knowing Natalie is taking such great care of Thomas. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly trust them with his care.

  Dr. Thorn and the entire staff are INCREDIBLE!!! Our silly dog ate a whole box of sugar free gum and started having a seizure. Dr. Thorn monitored him, gave him glucose supplements, and liver supplements until he was out of the woods! The office is clean, friendly, and prompt. We can't thank you and your entire team enough!
