  If i could leave ZERO stars, I would for this store. The current manager at this store so is sooooo rude. My mother & I have never experienced such a vial person like him. Didn't get his name but he had earrings and was a ginger. He doesn't deserve his role at all with this foul attitude and zero customer service. He said this coupon was expired but what does the bottom say ?!?! 02/28 ! Guess what, today is the 24th and he RIPPED off all the signs and refused to help us. When we asked if we could talk with the supervisor, he said “I AM THE SUPERVISOR AND I AM NOT HONORING THIS!!”. Who acts this way? Have some respect. No reason for him to be so rude to customers. Just lost a Petco customer for life - Petsmart it is!!

  The staff is very racist here. I took my dog to get a wash and the staff was very unfriendly and looked and me crazy. Even when I was washing my dog they were surrounding me and not giving me any space to wash my dog. I had to cut washing my dog short because ai felt so unwelcome. As I left I told the staff to have a good day and no one acknowledged me at all even when I looked back. It should not be this hard to be black in this day of age. I was nice and respectful to everyone and I was very confused on why I was being treated to poorly. I’ve been going to this shop for years and now will never go back because I shouldn’t feel so unwanted any where I go just because I am black. If you are a person of color don’t go here l at all. update: my dog ended up getting an hotspot and itchiness from using supplies at the self wash station. I used the products that’s provided like i usually do and a week later she is itchy and is losing her fur. Now we have to take her to the vet to make sure she is okay, really do not wash your dog her everything about this shop is odd DON’T GO!

  This store has always been my favorite one plus is three minutes from my house. But today it was showed to me that discrimination is to the highest and I felt it in my blood. While three caucasian females walked in and were greeted. I walked in and complete silence after me another Caucasian lady and it was greeted. It doesn’t take a degree on anything to know what’s going on. This is the first time that I see this employee, I have always dealt with others but not her (Karla) at least that’s what it says in the receipt because she also checked me out. Even at the cashier when I was paying she didn’t interact with me on anything. I paid she gave me the receipt and gave me her back. When others have always greeted me, asked me if I need help, if I have found everything I needed or if been helped. Business is a business not a political or racial preference. At least that’s how I feel. Please let me know if my money is not good for this establishment.

  We signed up for puppy playtime at this location and were very disappointed. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no guidance from staff when we arrived. For an organized puppy event, it felt unwelcoming and poorly run. These events should be engaging and supportive, especially for new puppy owners, but the lack of customer service really took away from the experience. This location needs to do better with basic communication and hospitality.
