  I have been associated with Dr. Garret's business for about 30 yrs. I have never had a complaint. Now days I dont see him very often but has always had good backup from his other vets . I trust him and his staff..I would not take my dog anywhere else..Recently my dog was ill and I had a cha ce to meet a younger lady. Dr Mandalyn Moore ..I was impressed ..She was very thorough and explained everything to me.. I didn't feel hurried or rushed and she is very knowledgeable .I've always felt comfortable there and I can tell that everybody there really loves animals. Also the Technician was very good with my doggie and very pleasant...when I left there was plan of action for Max's treatment and all the medicine I needed for him..Best of all they gave me peace peace of mind because I was really worried about Max.. As far as the cost..well u get what u pay for..and how can u put a price on taking care of a member of you family......However, Pet Insurance may be a good Idea ..One way or the other you're going to pay for good service...

  Very good so far. 1st visit here with my 15 yr old dog. We moved and we needed to find a closer vet. Although he wanted to run out of there like he does at all vets lol the staff handled him very well and the Dr gave us some alternative meds that hadn't been suggested by our last vet. Because they handled my pup well and didn't muzzle him right away for no reason, I give 5 stars. Their pricing for services was also reasonable.

  Everyone working there was just full of smiles and the girls were very caring and courteous. I was a first time customer. I mentioned towards the end of the bill about my $25 discount. They said they would give it to me on my next visit. Other than that a superb job well done. Thanks again

  Heard about them charging more after the services are done / medications are given but decided to use them anyway and I paid for it, my mistake but OTHERS BE WARNED! Staff is always weird & not very welcoming up front. When you actually see a Dr they don’t really listen to what you have to say or your worries on your own pet they just start asking what you’ll pay or just do an overall exam that’s already $80+ without actually hearing your concerns or what brought your dog in there in the first place. They also try to upcharge you into getting vaccines your pet isn’t due on just for the office visit fees & the medication fees. A friend of mine had bought medication for their pet & the next time they came in for a refill the staff told them they stole from the as they paid a certain amount when their medication prices have gone up. VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR PETS!!!
