- MJMercedes Jones5 days ago1.0Posting for awareness. It’s been a couple of months since my dog last went in. I tried to schedule again and was caught by surprise that my account was blocked. Had to ask for the reason why several times. But apparently Annabel V the groomer who last groomed my dog had notified managers to flag my account. Me and my dog have never had an issue. (My favorite stylist being Nya.) Annabel was hostile rough and not gentle with my dog. I could see his body language and her behavior through the window. Trust did not come easily as all the previous times before. My dog was been a customer here for years and we’ve never had a problem. So if you book I suggest you avoid Annabel V. As pet owner or even parent you get this sense of things not being right leaving your pet/child in certain people’s care. That’s this woman here.

She tells me it’s 50% off with her back still turned. I asked her what the price is. She scans it, turns back around, and continues to text. I asked her if that was the sale price I saw on the monitor and she replied “yes”.. still back turned to me. I told her “thanks for telling me the price.” Curly, brown hair, glasses…avoid her register.

I can only speak for the men’s room & it was in need of a thorough cleaning! Specifically the floor & walls around the toilet. It was to the point that I, personally, want to apologize for the “men” & boys the used that bathroom before me. Trained animals do a better job!
