- AJAlex JonezFeb 20, 20261.0I came to peco in the morning and they had received their shipment of tiger oscars, and I had waited for someone to help me.But the older lady had walked away before she helped me. Then, I had came back and they have a QR Code to ask for assistance. And so I scan the QR Code to ask for assistance. She immediately went to help an older lady before me. Then, when she did decide to help me. I asked her if I could get to tiger Oscars for my tank, and then she proceeded to ask me, what size tanks. I have, and I told her had 3, and she told me that my tanks were too small to receive a tiger Oscar, which I already knew. But before I can put them in another tank, I have to quarantine them, and she proceeded to judge me and try to school me on how to raise my fish. I did not appreciate being told how to raise fish.Since how I already have three successful tanks. I did not plan to come back to petsmark after that. I planned on buying a bigger tank for my tiger Oscars, which I did not plan to put together. Because they grow up to 18 inches. Definitely would not recommend shopping here for fish. The worst experience i've ever had at this store.

- JFJoe FoxFeb 12, 20265.0Took my pup to Petco today for a bath and hair cut. Usually take her to PetSmart but they have worn thin with me over their lack of customer service. Groomer Candy is a delight to speak with. She looked me pup over, asked exactly how I wanted her groomed. About 2 hours Candy notified me my pup was ready. My pup never looked better. I'm so happy I decided to switch to Petco and Candy. If you have a pup in need of grooming I highly recommend Petco.
