  I only wish I could leave a ten star review. This Vetco is the absolute BEST! I live in Huntsville and am so thankful that I found this Vetco in Conroe. I brought my two Maltipoo dogs in and the DVM that saw them was the best I have ever had handle my dogs. The tech and receptionist were also terrific. I can't recomend this facility enough. PLUS, I travel and I am able to order my Petco Multi Advantage by mail instead of having to go inside a vet's office and wait for an hour to be seen and then be told that they don't approve onlline orders. THIS FACILITY IN CONROE IS THE PLACE TO GO. It is clean, and you will be treated with respect and so will your animal(s).

  The vet and staff were awesome, and took very good care of our furries. Their pricing has gone up even with the Vital Care Premier membership, but seems to be better than others. I left with a bitter taste though as they charged me for a heart worm test I did not needed. We had a refill for one of my pups from the last test done a few months ago, but ended up paying an extra $140 just because the front person told me they wouldn’t sign off on the refill if the pharmacy called to validate. Upon calling the pharmacy they dispatched the med having the prescription on file without needing to check with them at all, so shame on me for not doing that beforehand… but still sour about that experience as they could’ve been more helpful or perhaps tell me it wasn’t necessary since I already had a valid prescription, in my opinion. Vet care is expensive and oftentimes we rely on the staff to make decisions for the wellbeing of our animals. That’s why I left unhappy this time around as I feel this person was more in line with the profit to the company than with getting my dogs well served.

  Store opens at 9 am, had an appointment at 9 am, I was 10 minutes late due to traffic and was treated very rudely, if you’re customer service sucks, so does your business

  Last Friday I went to get my cat’s 3 year shots (Rabies/FVRCP) and came here for the first time. Dr. Staples and the woman who was working the front desk around 10:30 am were amazing! I can’t remember the name of the lady who worked the front desk, but I really want to recognize her because she was so sweet and handled all my questions/concerns. They treated my fur baby with love and were able to do the shots and an exam with him! I was worried he may be aggressive but they handled him extremely well. Also, I was in and out within 15 minutes! I will definitely keep coming back here for my cat’s needs 💖

  We had to make the decision to put our beloved 16 year old dog down right before Christmas. The staff went above and beyond to help us through everything. Thank you for your kind and caring words and condolences.
