  Been a customer here for a long time till now my vet gave me medicine for his separation anxiety and they turned him away I don't understand how they can turn down what there VETS prescribe them and it says for grooming, vet appts, road trips and etc. Should be up to the owners they should have a consent form instead of just turning them away. Could call the day before and maybe also talk about that but I drove all the way up there for nothing along with wasting my dogs medicine.

  Extremely disappointed in my grooming experience. I brought my 8-month-old, 9-pound Maltipoo puppy to be groomed at Petco in Conroe, Texas (South). The first red flag should have been that it was the groomers first day on the job ( my mistake). He had one small mat behind his ear — otherwise, his coat is brushed daily. When I came to pick him up, I was told he had “too much matting,” that he wasn’t cooperative, and that I should take him home, get him used to brushing and even the sound of an electric toothbrush, and then bring him back in two weeks to finish the grooming. They still charged me the full fee, a “matting ” fee as well as a mysterious $6 “supplies fee,” (which was explained to me as "because we have to send our scissors out to be sharpened and stuff"). They then asked for a tip before I even saw my dog. When they finally brought him out, he looked terrible — uneven fur, a mohawk between his shaved ears, and a long chunk of hair under his chin that I had to fix myself. Later, I discovered they had scheduled another grooming appointment for him without my permission. I contacted corporate to report this and request a refund, but I never received a response. Petco should do better. Customers should not be charged full price for incomplete services, and puppies deserve gentle, skilled care from trained groomers.

  Bathrooms and store are so disgusting dirty. You can tell bathrooms haven't been cleaned in months. I brought it to the staffs attention and found out corporate only pays for cleaning crews to come once a month. Gross!

  This Petco has really good deals often on their reptiles. We have had great experiences with them. Only thing is wishing the employees knew a little more reptile knowledge so I'm not being conned into buying things they don't need. Obviously they probably make commissions or get incentives so I get that part but don't need to spend an additional $200+ on things my lizards don't need 😂

  I placed an online order. My daughter went to get the order. They said it must've been placed at another location. It was not. I send the confirmation that it was ready to be picked up. She the was told by the manager that HAD CANCELED THE ORDER WHICH I HAD NOT.THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE ONLONE PRICE. I HAD TO PAY $5.00 MORE. WILL NEVER SHOP.THERRE AGAIN
