  Employees seemed more interested in talking about chicken sandwiches than greeting customers. At least they had what I needed.

  Took our fur baby Vinny to be groomed bathed and Tori our groomer was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with him and he looked so great. He looked like a brand new dog. She was kind and let us know he didn't like his paws touched but she did get them done to. Tori truly put care into our pet Vinny. We are so pleased and will continue to have her as our groomer. We told all our friends to ask for her if they ever want a really caring and patient groomer. If we could give 100 stars we would. Thank you to Tori and how amazing you are.

  Place is alright I guess. Prices are a bit high and employees seem to be not so invested in day to day operations and customer service overall. Also, place is usually dead - it’s hard to imagine this place is making enough money to stay in business much longer.

  Bought a hamster at this location and they gave us a thin cardboard box that they knew the hamster would chew through so they gave us a double box and it escaped before we even got home and then refused to help us when we went back to the store.

  This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this Petco location, and unfortunately it will be my last. The first time, I took my 1-year-old in for a haircut and it took over five hours to complete, which already felt excessive. Even so, I decided to give them another chance, understanding that things can happen. That turned out to be a mistake. I had an appointment scheduled at 9:30 AM. I dropped my puppy off around 9:20. There were only two employees working, and I was told they already had three dogs ahead of mine, so my dog would take about five hours. This was for a trim (not a full haircut), one bath with shampoo and conditioner, and nail trimming. Five hours already seemed like a lot, but I agreed and went home. At 1:00 PM I called to check on my puppy, only to be told they had not even started on him yet. Again. At that point, I told them not to worry about it and that I was on my way to pick him up. I don’t understand how this location continues to take appointments when they clearly do not have the staffing or capacity to handle them. This was my second bad experience, and I will not be returning. I would not recommend this grooming salon to anyone who values their time or their pet’s comfort
