- RRRubi RomeroNov 27, 20251.0Do not use this place. I clearly told the groomer not to cut the top of my Shih Tzu’s hair because I like to style it and put bows in it. When I picked her up, they had shaved the top of her head anyway. They basically cut her hair however they wanted. I’m extremely disappointed — I brought her in the day before Thanksgiving so she could look nice, and now her haircut is completely ruined.
