Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
This vet’s office is more focused on running up your bill than actually caring for animals. Every visit feels like they’re pushing unnecessary charges instead of focusing on what’s truly needed for your pet’s health. They refuse to work with owners going through tough financial times — no payment plans, no flexibility — just constant pressure to take out a loan or borrow money.
On top of that, the front desk lady, Courtney, is consistently rude both in person and on the phone, which makes an already stressful situation even worse. After multiple experiences like this, I’m done using them. If you want a vet that prioritizes your pet’s wellbeing and is willing to work with you as an owner, I would look elsewhere.
For instance, they saw my dog 2-3 weeks ago from a dog attack which injured my dog's ear. Well a common thing that can develop from this type of injury is a hemotoma, despite the fact they saw him less than a month ago, they want to charge me a whole new visit and test to confirm what you can clearly see with the naked eye it's an hemotoma. When I asked if they could please just prescribe him an antiinflamantory they said nope gotta see him. When I told them that wasn't an option and looks like my dog will have to heal at home in pain, all Courtney could say is "sorry about that". No empathy from this company!
