She really took the time to explain everything to me in detail and I really appreciated that. The whole process was a great experience. Courtni checked us in and really took care of us until the Vet Tech Maia came in and got all our information. The whole process was awesome, from check-in to check-out. This staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Vetco!

Was told to give him gabapentin medication and was told it was a little over $4 but they were out in store so had to order it online. Went online to order it and they wanted to charge you almost $15 in delivery charges for a $4-$5 medication. Finally got told they have it in stock at store and can pick it up but now it’s $21 and saying theirs a dispensing fee you need to pay that was not told to me in the initial visit. Y’all are a vet and are supposed to help animals get better and that starts with giving all information including costs up front to the customer and not telling them one price and then changing it up the second time around and trying to back track and say no we told you that the first time.

They are great and sweet to my dogs. The front desk staff are always mvps, Courtney in question is very kind and one of the reasons we bring our pets to Vetco, she is without a doubt one of the most sincere and helpful factors in getting my dogs seen and cared for by the wonderful staff at vetco.
