- TTTXCOONDOGDec 23, 20253.0Took longer than expected. My dog wasn't cut the way I requested. I asked for the hair on the body and head to be cut to 1/8" in length and the tail and ears to be left long. Only the body was cut to 1/8" in length and the tail was long, but so was her entire head which looked silly. After waiting so long, I did want to wait for it to be corrected, so I took her home and cut it the way it should've been done in the first place! Anyway, still gave a three-star review because some was done correct and the staff was nice.

Instead, my puppy came back with a poodle look, nothing round or to my liking. I dropped him off at 8:30 and he wasn’t ready until after 3pm, with no explanation as to why it took so long. On top of that, this is the only place I know that charges “material fees” just to do their job, and the price was increased without my knowledge. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be informed of those changes. When I voiced my concerns, instead of listening, I was told I was banned. For the record, my puppy was not matted — so that was never the issue. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer care.
