Alexis and the rest of the staff take such great care of our fur babies! They love going and we love how pretty they look when they get home! It is not an easy feat grooming a Samoyed. Thank you!!

I came in to get my husky/shepherd's nails trimmed. This was his first grooming experience and it went better than I could have hoped for! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back again!

I specifically asked for a teddy bear cut — even showed my doodles to explain the look I love. Instead, my puppy came back with a poodle look, nothing round or to my liking. I dropped him off at 8:30 and he wasn’t ready until after 3pm, with no explanation as to why it took so long.
On top of that, this is the only place I know that charges “material fees” just to do their job, and the price was increased without my knowledge. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be informed of those changes.
When I voiced my concerns, instead of listening, I was told I was banned. For the record, my puppy was not matted — so that was never the issue.
Very disappointed in the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer care.

I experienced prompt and hospitable service during my dog Cleo's most recent grooming appointment. We have been a client for many years. However, at our last appointment (July 2, 2025, in the College Station location), when I picked her up, she had two injuries that clearly happened on-site. One was a fresh head wound, and the other was a cut on her leg that likely occurred during shaving her back leg. While I understand how the leg wound happened, the wound on her head (about the size of a thumbnail) is troubling. The attendant said the groomer did not wash her head "due to the scab." However, the place in question was clearly not a scab but a fresh wound that could only have happened after she was delivered for her appointment. If not, the attendant and I would surely have noticed it as we removed her collar. I would never have taken her in for grooming with an open wound on her head. While the staff took us to the Petco vet to determine how we should treat Cleo's wounds, the vet could not carefully examine either (she was in the middle of a surgery). I thought I should bring this matter to Petco's grooming service providers' attention.
