My dog is well-behaved and just turned 1 so yes, she is squirmy but the way she was handled was completely unnecessary. Instead of taking a gentle, patient approach, the staff especially Dr. Tianjiao Li, seemed very easily frustrated, which only escalated the situation. The doctor was visibly impatient and made comments like, “Oh my gosh, it’s not that hard,” which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Hearing remarks like that while my dog, who is only 12 pounds, was being handled roughly by 2 other doctors was upsetting. There was no effort to slow down, reassure my dog, or take another approach. A calmer tone, basic compassion, and a few extra moments of patience would have made a huge difference. This experience felt careless and stressful for both my dog and me. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for attentive, compassionate care for their pet.

They are always taken care of and we get constant communication from the team while our pups are getting their grooming & they always come out looking and smelling so much better than when we dropped them off. Secondly is because the Vetco team, every single one of them is so attentive and responsive, especially when it came to our pup who is getting over an allergy issue. We texted and sent photos and Dr. Shaak and her colleagues helped me stay calm and keep my baby comfortable while he was recovering! Lastly is every single staff member is willing to have a nice conversation and is so helpful with questions any time we need help in the store! I would recommend this location to anyone!
