The Vet here told me they examined my dogs ear and found nothing wrong. 2 weeks later I go to a different Vet who informs me that he does indeed have an ear infection, like I thought he did. Will be quitting Banfield. You guys have ZERO love for animals And I do not care about your obligatory "We are so sorry this happened" response.

This location use to be good years ago but has gone downhill alot. The staff are rude over the phone. Multiple times they didn't call me back when they said they would. Also, they hung up on me twice when I was only asking for an explanation on my pets health care they couldn't provide and the vet refused to talk to me about it. The vets use to communicate with the pet owners but stopped and would change a pets care plan without explaining why to the owner. I took my senior dog Major in so many times over the last year for his urinating problems and they didn't take it seriously. Also stopped providing his gabopenton without explanation when I was told previously he would be on it for life. I had to take him to the Banfield in Cedar Park which is much better so he could get actual care. Turns out he had bladder cancer that could have already been addressed for months. The new vet continued his gabopenton which is so helpful for his mood and pain management. This lakeline location really let me down and I trusted them. Don't make the same mistake I did, get a second opinion. Again the Cedar Park location is great and not to far from this one.

Dr. Goldberg is awesome! The receiving techs and discharge techs seem to know what they're doing. My dogs had a good experience! Oh, did I mention that Dr. Goldberg is awesome?

Rescued my cat off the street and brought him in for a check up/shots to make sure he was okay after living outside his whole life. We also noticed some concerning symptoms that we mentioned to the staff like extreme thirst, weight loss, not eating etc. Despite not letting us go in the room with our cat they gave us a clean bill of health. Our sweet cat died a little over a week later due to undiagnosed diabetes. We paid for a full check up service and they missed the signs. I wouldn’t recommend anybody taking their pet here for anything more than routine shots and that’s pushing it. Not even a wellness check up, they’re very rushed and not organized.
