  I am extremely disappointed with the care my dog has received at this clinic. Every time I bring my dog in for a routine check-up, they seem to “find” a new issue. Instead of providing proper treatment, they repeatedly prescribe unnecessary supplements and medications, leading to significant and questionable charges. What’s worse is that my dog’s condition often gets worse after following their recommendations. Within a few days, I’m forced to take my dog to a different veterinarian, where they run proper tests and provide appropriate treatment. This pattern has happened more than once, and it is very concerning. The lack of timely and accurate diagnosis, along with ineffective treatment, has caused my dog’s condition to worsen each time. It feels like profit is being prioritized over proper care. I cannot recommend this clinic. Pet owners should be very cautious and consider seeking a second opinion before proceeding with any treatment here.

  Went to get a prescription card for my cat who got put on urinary food. I rush there after work and arrive at 6:10. I wasn’t aware of their hours just PetSmart’s. There were two workers behind the counter and animals still in the back rooms. Instead of helping me or expressing sympathy, they laughed. Literally laughed at my situation. My cat wasn’t able to get their food that evening as the register wouldn’t sell me a single can with the promise of coming back tomorrow. I had the script from the vet clearly stating the food necessary for their health. Will never come back here. Disgusting.

  Rebel-had her comprehensive exam and dental appt. Today. Zhaz meant NO food after midnight. She loves her snacks and 7 am breakfast. They do fasting before teeth cleaning. She's put under and that's always a worry for me. Although Banefield - including Rebecca Adam's and the other crew- make Rebel and myself feel safe leaving her. They are selling many cute Valentines 💝 day items for your fur baby too. Or bird, fish, cat...

  So they lost my pet records. I want to go to refill a prescription and they could not get the records. They had to create a whole new profile for my dog. This is just bad business sorry.

  I would never recommend this place. I'll give zero stars. I paid 65 dollars per month. They always busy. It doesn't matter that you pay every month for service. They always find what to charge you extra. Usually it's about 500+$. They can check something and don't find anything in labs. The quality is terrible. I never get a medicine I paid for last 3 months (45$) but they said they gave it to me because system said it. They hurt my dog while trimmed his nails. He become scared of this process. Instead of apologize they gave me an advice how to socialize my dog. I did it better then they could imagine. And they prescribed an antibiotics 2 times without prebiotic. And that was just in case . They didn't know what was with my dog
