  I bought 50 cans, but 'Brian', who apparently can’t count to eight, charged me for 70 because he mistook the 8-packs for 12-packs. I lost over $25 all because he was too lazy to actually scan each item or even do the bare minimum to count them. It’s beyond frustrating that his total incompetence is now my problem. Definitely double-checking the receipt before leaving from now on.

  Bad experience all the way around. To be honest, I don’t think any of the groomers know how to follow instructions or how to cut a long-haired dog. They are only good with small dogs and short hair. I ended up paying for services that were supposedly included in the price, but we’re not given to my dog. They don’t know how to groom only shave And they are definitely are horrible with Labradoodles. Labradoodle’s hair is not supposed to be shaved. A real professional groomer will tell you that. When I first arrived to drop my dog off the young man at the counter and the young lady that came out to write down the services both checked my dog and confirmed he had no matting. He is a Labradoodle, but a scruffy Labradoodle. He does not have tight curls nor curls of any kind just wavy hair so his hair does not get matted. 10 minutes after I left I received a call that he had matting and they were going to have to shave his hair. When I asked, how that could that be when we had just confirmed he had no matting, what changed all of a sudden. The groomer said he had matting in his mouth area. So for one small area I had to pay $50 for detangling shampoo, which by the way has no scent because my dog didn’t smell like any kind of shampoo when I picked them up. His ears were not cut the way I asked, his eyebrows were chopped off when I asked them to only be trimmed. They charged me to clean and pluck his ears, they were not touched. They don’t follow directions because they don’t know how to groom. They cut every dog the same way. $200 hard lesson learned today.
