This boy, even though I asked him for a dog pipette for him, it was more entertaining to look at nothing, after I kindly told him what it was, he simply ignored me. Then I throw all the products I bought inside the bag. Honestly, it’s a shame that such a prestigious and huge corporation has such unqualified people. The rest of the guys were super attentive and fixing everything in its place and young Anthony only had to invoice the products and apart from everything a super disgusting deal. This happened around 8:40, come on petco invest more energy in hiring people who enjoy their work, and I don’t mean that you can’t have a bad day. We all have them. I refer to a treatment with respect and education.

I was met at the end of the day with by a guy by the name of Brian super nice, super friendly and a great person that Petco is very lucky to have!! his customer service went above and beyond on and I just want to give a big shout out to him and the entire team for always being helpful but Brian truly made my experience they’re worth it, and I also became an official member Which I’m surprised nobody has asked me sooner, but he took the time out to help me sign up and show me the good parts that the rewards program has to offer. Thank you again Petco and thanks especially to people like Brian who you guys are so lucky to have on your team!! Sincerely, Jessica and Buster!
