  Crawford has consistently helped me out in the aquarium area. He is very knowledgeable about the marine life and has given me great advice on how to maintain my Tank. Highly recommend the store.

  I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Petco grooming. I booked an appointment ahead of time to have my dog groomed. When we arrived, the groomer said they didn’t feel comfortable grooming her which I completely understand. If someone isn’t comfortable, that’s fine. What bothered me was the way it was handled. Instead of simply explaining that they weren’t able to proceed, I was told they had other dogs and essentially couldn’t accommodate us. That was frustrating, especially since I had a scheduled appointment. It made me feel like my time wasn’t respected. Even if a full groom wasn’t possible, I would have appreciated some effort to offer a partial service, like brushing her down, since we were already there but mentioning other appointments is a slap in the face. As if I didn’t value my time traveling over here.

  Very unhappy with this store. Had a problem with cats stopped eating Science diet and manager suggested Nulo. Bought a bag and cans. cats did not like Two flavors of can. Manager said would exchange for other flavors to try. Took back 6 cans two flavors for exchange. Clerk and manager on duty said I would owe a balance since bought on sale previously. Poor customer service and I am a rewards member. Suggest taking your business to PetSmart.

  I walked in and immediately was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The young gentleman immediately helped me out with a big smile. The store was clean (as always), and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

  I am EXTREMELY UPSET with this PETCO location (Carrollton on N. Josey Lane) and ESPECIALLY A “HORRIBLE “ groomer named AIDEN. My appointment was for 2:00PM on Wednesday 01/21/2026. I did arrive 15 minutes early to let my dog take care of his business outside, AND I thought the groomer, AIDEN, would want time to meet my dog and let each other get comfortable. At first, at 1:45, AIDEN was no where in the store. He, AIDEN, breezed in after a couple of minutes, and rather than introducing himself to my dog, AIDEN proceeded to tell me I was early and would have to WAIT at least 10 minutes while he finished his lunch. After walking all over the store, I went back to the grooming area (at 2:01), and saw the “groomer”, AIDEN, trimming the nails on a DIFFERENT DOG! I’m sure my facial expression showed my confusion and yes, anger. AIDEN stated that the other client had arrived 5 minutes early, and that nail trims didn’t take long, so the “groomer “, AIDEN, CHOSE to service THAT client, instead of beginning MY appointment (which was for 2:00PM). By now, I was getting quite angry. First, I had inconvenienced his, AIDEN’S, lunch, and then he, AIDEN, chose another client before my scheduled appointment. Yes, I felt quite disrespected, dismissed and very unimportant to the “groomer “, AIDEN. He, AIDEN, proceeded to escalate an argument with me telling me I was rude to him, AIDEN, and called him, AIDEN, a “horrible person.” I was steered to the other side of the store (PETCO in Carrollton on N. Josey Ln.) and the manager, a young lady with a short name that I’ve apparently blocked from my memory. She spent most of her time defending her employee, and since I was now “creating a scene”, she proceeded to escort me out of the store. I felt dismissed, condescended to, NOT WELCOME as a customer. I would say that the “groomer “, AIDEN, AND the young manager have ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERSTANDING of the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot in this store again. (The PETCO in Carrollton on N. Josey Ln.). AND, I will let upper management know the caliber of employee (like AIDEN) they are hiring at this location (PETCO in Carrollton on N. Josey Ln.). I sincerely advise anyone to AVOID THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS (PETCO in Carrollton on N. Josey Ln.)
