The girl that helped me was proactive with asking if I needed anything, and gave me good advice, like what tank size the betta fish need, if they could live together, what to feed them, and what kind of behavior to keep an eye out for. She even knew about their DNA and how it effects their colors. It didn't seem like just a sale to her, but I still left with everything I needed and my daughter was happy, which makes me happy! If you need to find an employee here that can really help you with advice on taking care of an animal, look for Kiva.

Had an appt and it was cancelled per Samantha rudely telling me they don’t do appointments for nail trims. I explained that we were scheduling her nail trims for late in the day to have her not be more nervous by other dogs there at the same time and Garrett could spend his time with her. She said it wasn’t their policy and there’s no way to ensure my dog would be the only one there. I told her that’s why we were scheduling… she couldn’t have cares less. I called again another day to see if Garrett was there and available and was told he was on a leave of absence but there was someone else who could do. I explained that no, I’d wait for Garrett since he was so good with my dog. I called several times after that to no avail. I finally took my dog to where my mom takes her dog for grooming and they cut her nails, but not nearly as well as Garrett had. I called today and was told Garrett no longer works there. While I’m hoping this is good news for him, I feel like crying… I don’t know where I’m going to get her nails cut.
