We had ZERO prior knowledge on how to take care of the thing but the general manager Crawford took close to an hour explain how we take care of it and gave us amazing recommendations on exactly what we needed to get to keep the bearded dragon cozy!! AMAZING customer service!! We will absolutely be coming back.

First I called to see what the process would be and the person on the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The cashier was very helpful when I took the bag back into the store and did an exchange. I really like the service that you can order online and then pick up in the store as early as 30 minutes after your call depending on how busy they are. Get has never been over one hour before I was notified my item was ready for pick up. And they always offer to load my purchase into my car
