- MKM KolarOct 6, 20251.0We loaded the dog up and made it to the store planning to get his nails trimmed. Found out the rabies record was wiped out after their last computer update. They refused service until we showed proof of the record. They have serious problem if every time an update will wipe out the records. Wouldn’t be so bad if they can send a notice to customers to alert them to bring the records. Terrible! UPDATE: I contacted them today to check if their system is working properly. Instead of apologizing for what happened they said that I was “system out” because there was “cussing exchange”. That was completely not sure. I always support local businesses and always tip good. This is not cool! I just want to warn others how they practice their business. They will keep losing customers
